Back in 2022 IHD Solutions started research on how to provide their customers with a faster turnaround time and a more consistent product. After exploring several options IHD Solutions has since added the Wagner M-Line automated powder booth and PXS powder center, along with a Trimac convection oven in line on our pre-existing south production line in the spring of 2024. With this combination we can prime and top coat in a single cycle of the overhead conveyor bringing this capability to both production lines. The added benefit of spray-to-reclaim also means less waste and a more efficient powder utilization reducing cost. The automation removes most of the human error and provides a more consistent uniform finish. We are pleased to have you experience our newest addition and revisit some of the other services offered as well.”
