1. Customer Submits Request: This can be a simple sketch, engineered file or even the actual part.
2. CFS Engineers Solution: Estimates are generally available in 2-5 days.
3. Samples Created: We highly recommend sampling product. For stock raw materials and 3D printed parts, these may be available in as little as 2 days.
4. Customer Review/Testing: Take as long as you need to analyze the samples.
5. Full Production: Die cuts take approx. 7-10 days to ship, provided raw material is in-house. Custom molding 8-10 weeks from approval.
