Qualifications
Degree in Paint Engineering, Chemistry, Plastics Technology, or Certification in Paint Technology or Master Craftsman with experience in the area of industrial painting
10+ years of professional and management experience in the area of plastics painting systems
Plastics and painting technology
Production methods (for example, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping)

Ensuring supplies to the internal customers while complying with the due date and quality requirements
