Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Powder Coat Painter - 3rd Shift.

Shift hours: 8pm - 6:30am Monday - Thursday (Sunday overnight night through Wednesday overnight).

This is a full time, direct hire position, with no high school diploma or previous experience required. Apply today if you are interested in starting your career in manufacturing!

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, plus a $1/ hour increase for 3rd Shift Premium.

What You’ll Do

The Powder Coat Technician is responsible for preparing and painting fabricated parts in preparation for their final installation. This position works closely with other team members that rely upon one another to meet high quality standards.

In This Function You Will
  • Wash parts and prepare parts for powder coating process
  • Stage parts and push parts through the oven
  • Utilize lift assist for heavier parts while loading and unloading parts
  • Complete work off ladders and in tight spaces.
  • Focus on quality, customer service, safety, productivity.
  • Perform other tasks as requested and be flexible to move to other areas

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 60-mile radius of Omaha, NE will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
