System filters 24-48 gpm down to 0.1 micron. System can tolerate both high and low pH, 2-3%wt TSS, and up to 110 degrees F. Generates a clear low suspended solids stream (possibly for discharge or further processing, like reverse osmosis) and a high suspended solids stream (possibly to a filter press). We used it as gravity clarifier replacement, but our wastewater had intermittent aggressive solvents (paint stripper). That’s the one thing that the membranes can’t handle. We found another technology that that works better for our waste stream.
