Electroplating, Etching, Mechanical Finishing
Tri-Mer air pollution control systems are sold, and widely specified, throughout the metal finishing industry, thanks to their robust construction, predictable performance and low maintenance requirements. Scrubbers are designed and manufactured for every finishing-related process, and every air emission need.
V/F Series Scrubbers are specified for heavy service applications such as steel pickling, plating, anodizing and other metal finishing operations that produce corrosive fumes and gases..
Tri-NOx Scrubbers remove NOx from gas streams where other contaminants co-mingle with NOx. This situation makes other NOx removal methods impractical, because their catalytics are poisoned by gas streams containing particulate and organic materials.
Fan/Separators by Tri-Mer Corporation remove 99%+ of 20+micron fumes and use 20% less brake horsepower than conventional fume eliminators.
Tri-Mer’s Whirl/Wet Dust Collector is highly effective for the control of particulate from mechanical finishing, mass finishing, and abrasive blasting, capturing 99%+ of particulate 2 microns and above.
Whirl/Wet uses very little water and energy, has no internal moving parts to replace and is manufactured in metal and polymer materials that are well suited to finishing environments. A unique, height-adjustable workstation – the first of its kind – uses Whirl/Wet technology to collect particulate from one or more downdraft tables
Finishing Tanks for pretreatment, passivation, electroplating and anodizing, as well as paint and powder coating, are custom manufactured in lengths to 100’. Tanks are constructed using proprietary tools and processes developed by Tri-Mer to insure full strength at butt-weld sites, precise distribution of sidewall stresses and the highest structural integrity at corners and seams.
Tanks are supplied alone or with ducting, piping, pumps and agitation, tank covers and instrumentation.
Tri-Mer has built a solid clientele for custom-fabricated industrial cabinetry, passive chemical containment, laboratory furnishings, and workstations. Most custom fabrication projects use polypropylene, PVC, polyethylene, PVDF or stainless steel. Tri-Mer material engineers and project managers are experts in chemical compatibility, tensile strength, thermodynamics, and impact strength, as well as the facility conditions that affect equipment durability.
