She represents CHEMEON at the military and metal finishing conferences in the U.S. and Europe and has been recognized by Products Finishing magazine as a top “40 Under 40” executive in the metal finishing/chemical industry. Davis is a proud mother of two sons and resides in Northern Nevada.
In her acceptance speech, Davis acknowledged her chemistry and academic advisor from college, Dr. Mary Railing, CHEMEON President Ted Ventresca, and CHEMEON CEO Dr. Madylon Meiling.
She also applauded the work of the Society of Women engineers for providing support, recognition, and interactions to the young woman in school and beyond. Davis shared some tips for business success with younger professionals.
