Splotchy, rash-like areas was created by admin

We are getting splotchy, rash-like areas in a cured film of ecoat. Any thoughts why?

Common causes:
• -low solvent level
• -low solubilizer
• -conveyor stoppages
• -high p/b
• -extreme differences in plant air temperature / humidity

Solutions would be to minimize time to first rinse, look at the bath parameters, and the environmental conditions
