Responsibilities
• Operate machinery and equipment for metal finishing processes.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Requirements
• Proven experience with the passivation process.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous experience with Nadcap and been involved in Nadcap audits.
