I need some advice on good chemistry that would help us pass the MIL-DTL-5541 spec; we are coating aluminum 2024. Thanks

Luster-On is a place you can check with. They have Aluminescent that works well. Also check Chemeon in Nevada. They have a new eTCP.

If you are specifying to MIL-DTL-5541, you must use a product from the Qualified Product List (QPL-81706.) Check the QPD for approved products.
