What is the easiest method to determine VOC content in paint or coating?

I am looking for a fast and easy VOC content determination method for a coating. Can anyone suggest what method or tools that can be used?

Thermal and mass spectroscopy techniques will show the different VOC(s) with their corresponding evolution with respect to time and temperature and any other conditions.
