Your Mission: As our Business Development Director, you will be responsible for actively driving new business growth by presenting, prospecting and working the pipeline while also developing and managing the Business Development (BD) team. You will work closely with the Senior Vice President to accelerate our transition to a high-efficiency, growth-focused sales model and lead the charge in transforming our business development strategy. You will refine sales processes, enhance team selling skills, and align marketing strategies to generate and convert high-quality leads. The role requires a hands-on approach, engaging directly with prospects to deliver impactful presentations, close deals and ensure a seamless handoff to the Territory Account Managers (TAMs).
