Roy Ratcliff has been promoted to Technical Sales Manager for Houston Plating & Coatings.
In this role, Ratcliff will head the award-winning company’s sales department.
Ratcliff first worked at HP&C from 2008 to 2014, leaving to serve in various managerial positions with Houston-area service firms. He returned to HP&C in 2021 to serve as one of HP&C’s Sales/Customer Service Representatives.

Houston Plating & Coatings is celebrating 30+ years of providing corrosion and wear protection services to energy and other equipment manufacturers in various industries across the Southwest and the nation.
HP&C has grown to be one of the largest such service firms in the Southwest by providing its customers with electroless nickel plating, SBN/QPQ (salt bath nitriding), zinc and manganese phosphate, and a wide variety of spray coatings at its South Houston and Humble, Texas plants.
