Alberto Landois Jr. was promoted to Plant Manager for Houston Plating & Coatings.
In this role, Landois will oversee operations at HP&C’s South Houston facility, which provides a broad range of the Company’s finishing processes, including electroless nickel plating, salt bath nitriding, Ni-side plating of industrial gas cylinders, and many different types of spray coatings.
Landois began his career with HP&C in 2002, initially focusing on preparing parts for the various finishing departments. As he progressed through the different departments, he was promoted to manage work done for key accounts. In 2006, he was promoted to Electroless Nickel (ENP) Supervisor, overseeing that department from 2006 to 2011, when he assumed the position of QPQ (salt bath nitriding) Department Supervisor. Landois held this role until 2023 when he was promoted to oversee the ENP and QPQ departments.
