Triscend Partners announced that Aalberts N.V. acquired all shares of Steel Goode Products, a provider of thermal spray coating and finishing services.
Steel Goode Products (SGP) operates two facilities in Texas and one in Ohio, generating about $15 million in annual revenue. The company enhances wear resistance and corrosion protection for various critical components.
Aalberts says the acquisition will strengthen its service network in the Southern region and expand its geographic footprint beyond the Northeast.
“By combining SGP's expertise with Aalberts’ existing technology solutions, the companies are creating a stronger business with significantly increased scale and enhanced benefits for customers,” Aalberts says in a statement.
The experienced management of SGP will work closely with the management of Aalberts surface technologies in North America.
