New Series of Color Webinars Starts with Purple

Color Archeologist Montaha Hidefi has teamed up with color expert Marie-Chantal Milette to offer a series of Color Talk webinars designed for color professionals and designers in market sectors involved in color design and its applications, from paints, coatings to consumer goods, and more.

Montaha HidefiMontaha HidefiThe webinars focus on decorticating the countless layers surrounding color and demystifying the ambiguity between fiction and facts, The webinars run on Zoom in English and French, on separate days. The first session in January/February about the “Rise and Shine of Yellow” have attracted multiple-industry tiers from North America and Europe Alike.

The next webinar — “Dye-ing for Purple,” scheduled for March 19 at 11:00 a.m. ET — will deal with the evolution of purple, its origins, its place in our society and the recent and unexpected shifts of its symbolism and utilization. The French version “Risquer le Mauve” will run on April 9 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
