Gizmo Engineering introduces their Temperature Controller with data logging and alarms.
The company says it is the world’s first turnkey temperature controller to combine these features. The fuzzy logic module allows complete control over all parameters. Temperature readings, along with other vital statistics are collected every two minutes, and even during power failures.
Internal firmware accommodates routine shutdown and startup of daily operations.
A partial list of features include:
- Records temperature, set-point, alarm status, and optional liquid level every two minutes.
- Waterproof, and suitable for wash down duty.
- Relay output allows control of devices by the onboard 10A relay for direct control of steam solenoids, hot water pumps etc.
- Power failure alarm built in so it continues to record.
- Battery backup records even during power outages.
- USB or micro-SD data transfer to a standard spreadsheet.
- Compact enclosure is only 8x6x4 inches.
- Thermowell and mounting included.
- Optional liquid level alarm shuts off heat.
- Simple instructions by print, video, or phone - no need to slog through complicated module instructions.
