Italy-based Tecnofirma says it has expanded into the U.S. market with the opening of Tecnofirma America Inc., a new branch based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Tecnofirma designs and manufactures a wide range of industrial solutions, including washing, coating, and impregnation machines and plants. The company has four different locations in the world in the most strategic areas for its market.
The North Carolina location will serve the U.S., Canada, and Mexico in the field of surface treatment.
Tecnofirma says its U.S. location will be responsible for working with the customers with on-site service from the initial commercial phase up to the aftersales. The North Carolina location will have a well-equipped laboratory to validate the right technical cycle based on customer needs.
There is also a spare parts warehouse which allows immediate availability of critical components, and a dedicated hotline service.
Tecnofirma's design and production departments remain in Italy at its Monza headquarters. Machines and plants for the washing, impregnation, and coating business units will be designed and engineered by the Italian team at the historic building in Viale Elvezia 35.
