Shrieve Chemical Acquires Gilbert & Jones

Shrieve Chemical has acquired Gilbert & Jones, a distributor of finishing chemicals throughout North America.

Based in New Britain, Connecticut, Gilbert & Jones offers products to customers across the aerospace, water treatment, fasteners, automotive, electronics, and other industries.

Gilbert & Jones works with over 200 suppliers and has about 750 customers, offering general industrial chemicals, branded proprietary chemicals, and other related products. Founder and CEO George Gilbert says Joining forces with Shrieve represents an exciting chapter for the company.
