Hendor expands its next generation of pumps and filtration systems with the new D43 series vertical pumps.
This pump series is designed for the gas scrubbing and pretreatment powder coating industry. The D43 series contributes to a lower carbon footprint.
The D43 is the successor to the efficient D30 series and offers improved performance with flow rates up to 180 m³/h. The series is designed with a focus on long-term reliability, energy efficiency, and easy maintenance. Key features include oversized motor shafts and bearings, a round mounting flange for easy installation, and a construction that facilitates disassembly. The energy-efficient motors and optimized components significantly reduce energy consumption, while the robust construction and maintenance-friendly design extend the pump’s lifespan and lower maintenance costs.
The D43 series includes two models: the D43-400 and the D43-600. The D43-600, with its extended length, was specifically developed to allow customers to build more compact tanks, addressing a clear need identified by Hendor and incorporated into the design. This provides additional flexibility and space-saving benefits, which are particularly valuable in smaller installations.
The vertical pump series is part of Hendor’s “smart technology for future generations” strategy. This strategy aims to reduce the carbon footprint of the surface treatment industry through energy-efficient pumps and filtration systems that produce less waste, consume fewer raw materials and filter media, are easy to maintain, and have a long lifespan. The D43 is the latest addition to these products, which until now consisted of the Hendor Excellence (HE) series filtration systems and the MXH series horizontal pumps.
