COVENTYA has introduced our ALUMAL ELOX 557, a liquid product especially designed to enhance the conventional anodizing electrolyte based on sulfuric acid.

- It allows to work up to 30°C, avoiding the formation of powdery layer or burns and savings of electric energy up to 50% due to lower applied voltages and reduced cooling requirements.
- It increases the tolerance in dissolved Al up to 27 g/L which extends the solution life, savings of sulfuric acid consumption up to 40% due to decreased dissolution rate and reduced frequency requirement of solution replacement and is compatible with hard anodizing process.
