Novaria Group has acquired substantially all assets of Hohman Plating in Dayton, Ohio.

Established in 1918, Hohman Plating provides metal finishing and coating services to a broad base of industries, including aerospace, medical, defense, electronics, and others. It is recognized as one of the top shops of metal finishing in North America and worldwide. Hohman Plating will continue to be based in Dayton, Ohio.
The Hohman Plating acquisition is another instrumental step forward in the expansive growth of Novaria's suite of aerospace components and proprietary coating solutions.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
