Equipment maker Core Plating Technologies has been purchased by Novo Precision, an industrial, medical and machined components and systems manufacturer.
William HazardBoth companies are located in Bristol, Connecticut. Core Plating makes plating barrels, tanks, and components for the metal finishing industry, and will operate under the name Novo Metal Finishing Equipment. Novo Precision will continue to provide assembly, cut-to-length services, system components and other work under the Novo Precision name.

Core Plating President Andre Kucinskas will stay on as head of Novo Metal Finishing Equipment.
