Belco Industries Engineers Finishing Solutions

When customers demand safe, reliable, and high-quality finishing equipment, they call on Belco Industries to engineer a solution customized to suit their specific production requirements.

BelcoVermeer 2Belco works with small and large manufacturing companies that serve all major industries with coating equipment needs. A recent installation at Vermeer Corporation in Pella, Iowa, is one example of a successful project recently completed by Belco Industries.

In 2018, Vermeer Corporation was hit by an EF3 Tornado, destroying multiple facilities. Belco, along with others in the industry, worked together to provide Vermeer with a new paint system to handle their increasing and imminent production needs.

Belco’s reputation for building innovative, reliable, and quality equipment and its commitment to customer service gave Vermeer the confidence to choose Belco as their equipment provider.

“We threw out a lot of things we wanted on our equipment that [Belco] wouldn’t normally do, but they were very open to the changes and worked with us extremely well in making those modifications and making them work,” says Tom Clawson, Senior Paint Engineer at Vermeer.

After seven (7) months in operation, the customer reported less than ten (10) hours of downtime with the Belco equipment. Learn more about the Belco / Vermeer project HERE. Visit BOOTH B5153 at FabTech in Atlanta (November 8th-10th) to meet the team and see other projects built by Belco Industries.

Established in 1959, Belco Industries, located in Belding, Michigan, is a custom manufacturer of Paint Finishing Systems, Powder Coating Systems, E-Coat Systems, Autodepostion Systems, and Vertical Finishing Systems for Aluminum Extrusions. Visit their website at www.belcoind.com
