Yuken Group products will now be available through Columbia Chemical for customers throughout the United States.
Brett LarickUnder the agreement, the operational functions previously carried out by Yuken America — including manufacturing, sales, marketing, and technical services — will be transferred to Columbia Chemical. Yuken Group will cease its chemical business operations in the United States independently, and Yuken products for the U.S. market will then be transferred to Columbia Chemical’s manufacturing and sales structure, with Yuken Industry supervising their control.
The companies say the partnership combines Yuken’s reputation as a research-driven developer of advanced corrosion protection technology with Columbia Chemical’s deep industry expertise, strong market presence, high-quality manufacturing, and responsive technical service.
