Gregg Romero from Ronatec discusses how their company has moved further into general metal finishing.

Ronatec now offer zinc additives, anodized chemistry, bright nickel, and phosphate pretreatment for the powder industry. 

“We had always been in the GMF side, but it hadn't been a priority for us,” Romero says. “The electroless nickel side and the equipment side had been the areas of primary focus. After I came on board, I brought a lot of clients along that trail with me. And quite frankly, it was the clients themselves that said, ‘We're already doing business with you here or there. Why can't you offer us a broader product line?’ So we morphed into product lines one at a time to get them up and running and stable. And so they have gone from zinc additives to passivates to cleaners.”
