Techevon Metal Finishing Solutions’ Tej Patel received the top presentation award at the Aluminum Anodizers Council conference in October.
Patel received the Donald I. Johnson Award of Excellence for Best Presentation at the 2021 AAC conference. He received the award at the AAC conference in Kansas City this year.
Patel’s presentation in 2021 was “Techniques to Enhance UV Stability of Dyed Anodized Coatings.”
Patel is a Director at Techevon Metal Finishing Solutions and has over 10 years of consulting and industry experience specializing in the areas of supply chain, operations improvement, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Techevon, Patel was a Vice President at AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm. As part of the supply chain and operations practice, he led a number of cost savings and efficiency initiatives among a variety of manufacturers.
Patel holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, with concentrations in Operations, Strategy, and Marketing, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
