On-Site Anodizing Masterclass Set for May 2026 in California

Anodizing professionals seeking deeper process understanding and improved operational consistency will have the opportunity to participate in a focused, in-person technical workshop when AluConsult hosts its Anodizing Masterclass – On-Site in Southern California in May.

The two-day program will be held May 5–6, at the Home2Suites in Montebello, California, and is designed for engineers, production managers, quality specialists, and owners directly responsible for anodizing operations. Unlike introductory training or troubleshooting seminars, the masterclass emphasizes a structured understanding of the anodizing process behavior rather than individual parameter adjustments.

Anne Deacon Juhl, Founder and CEO of AluConsult, will conduct the class. Visit https://aluconsult.com/funnel/70438/anodizingmasterclass-onsite-may-2026 to register.

Addressing Consistency Challenges in Anodizing Operations

Many anodizing operations continue to rely heavily on operator experience accumulated over years on the production line. While effective in the past, that model is increasingly difficult to sustain as experienced personnel retire, process knowledge remains undocumented, and newer engineers are required to assume responsibilities more quickly.

The Anodizing Masterclass is structured around the principle that most anodizing defects and inconsistencies are not random events, but the result of identifiable cause-and-effect relationships. Over two days, participants examine how chemistry, electrical parameters, bath conditions, and operational practices interact across the entire anodizing line.

Technical Depth Beyond Traditional Training

The workshop is designed for professionals seeking long-term operational improvement rather than quick fixes. Morning sessions address core process principles and behavior, while afternoon sessions focus on application, discussion, and real-world troubleshooting.

Participants are expected to leave with the ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships throughout the full anodizing line, diagnose recurring defects, reduce reliance on individual experience, and build more consistent, predictable operations.

Integration With E-Learning for Long-Term Impact

The in-person workshop is supported by AluConsult’s Anodizing Masterclass e-learning program, allowing participants to revisit topics, train their teams, and extend learning beyond the classroom.

Participation is limited to 16 attendees to maintain a focused technical environment. Registration fees are $1,450 for individual participants, with discounted rates of $1,250 per person for teams of two or more. Accommodation is not included.
