Hubbard-Hall has named Aaron Mambrino as Chief Financial Officer of the Waterbury, Connecticut-based company.
Mambrino will be responsible for the daily operations of the Finance Department, including the strategic growth of the organization.
Mambrino brings over 20 years of experience in the chemical/adhesives industry, previously working with the Dymax Corporation, most recently, as the Global Chief Operations Officer. Her expertise lies in driving process changes to create operational synergies, developing strategic partnerships (internally and externally), and LEAN manufacturing.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Post University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hartford. Her current professional affiliations include Vistage Worldwide and Torrington Savings Bank – Board of Trustees & Audit Committee Member and Torrington Savings Bank Foundation.
Mambrino reports to Molly Kellogg, CEO, and President, and will work out of the corporate headquarters in Waterbury, CT.
