Staffen has owned and operated several finish shops across the Pacific Northwest, including his most recent role as General Manager of Diamond Prefinish in Kent, Washington. His diverse career also includes serving as a Technology Specialist at Microsoft, focusing on speech recognition, and Vice President of Telecommunications at Washington Mutual. This unique blend of technological expertise and finishing industry knowledge allows him to deliver cutting-edge solutions and strategies to clients.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Staffen enjoys adventuring in the great outdoors. As an avid bicyclist, hiker, and camper, he takes every opportunity to explore new trails and travel with his wife, Linda. Together, they are parents of five adult children.
