Rafael Dominguez was named Production Manager at Aero Plating, a Nadcap-certified chem-film and passivation applicator in Lancaster, California.
Dominguez joined Aero Plating from BG Detection, where he served as customer service manager and chemical processing Supervisor. He was responsible for sales, estimating, customer service, preparing production instructions, and ensuring production plans met customer requirements by adhering to blueprint specifications.
With over 28 years of experience in the chemical processing industry across the aerospace, commercial, defense, and automotive sectors, Aero Plating says Dominguez brings extensive expertise that will further enhance their services and chemical processes.
Dominguez will oversee all production operations and serve as your primary point of contact for estimating/RFQs, order status, lead times, capabilities, and shipping and receiving.
Founded in 2017, Aero Plating has 8,500 square feet of space that services large and small aerospace manufacturers in the Antelope Valley.
