With a proven track record in the finishing industry and technical sales, Dudney brings strong leadership, market development expertise, and a deep commitment to customer success.
Dudney has built and managed a large, diverse customer base across Texas, led multiple sales divisions, and consistently delivered outstanding customer service. Before joining Gema, he held key leadership roles at Allied Powder Coating, serving as Director of Sales and General Manager for retail and commercial sales. His deep roots in the Texas powder coating market and broad business development experience will be valuable assets to Gema and the customers he serves throughout the Southcentral region.
