NCP Coatings in Niles, Michigan, named Lacey Meer as President.
Meer will lead the day-to-day business, working across commercial, technical, operations, supply chain, and human resources teams to drive alignment, execution, and continued growth.
Doug Mattscheck continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer and remains engaged in leading NCP Coatings, with an increased focus on long-term strategy, acquisitions, partnerships and new growth opportunities.
“Lacey has been instrumental in our company’s growth and success over the past several years,” Mattscheck says. “She understands our customers, our people and our business, and has played an important role in shaping where we are today. This transition gives us the opportunity to strengthen our focus across the organization as we continue building for the future.”
Meer most recently served as NCP Coatings’ Chief Commercial and Innovation Officer, leading the company’s commercial strategy, customer experience, marketing, product management, research and development, and innovation initiatives. In that role, she helped shape the company’s growth strategy, strengthen its customer-focused approach and drive greater alignment across the business.
