Chemical distributor Seacole has added one new manager and promoted two others.
In June 2026, Seacole added territory manager Tom Dougherty to its surface finishing and printed wiring board sales team. Dougherty brings years of surface finishing sales experience and technical expertise to his role. He will work with existing customers and develop new relationships across his territory.
In August 2026, the company promoted purchasing manager Clay Lanners to operations manager. Lanners strengthens Seacole’s operations team and supports the company’s continued growth. The company says his years of production experience, combined with a background in purchasing and extensive systems knowledge, make Lanners exceptionally well-positioned for the role of operations manager.
Seacole has promoted assistant production manager Kurt Bazoff to production manager. Bazoff supervises production department personnel to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate production. The company says he will strengthen Seacole’s production leadership team and continue to support the company’s growth. They say his years of production experience and his former role as assistant production manager make Bazoff very well-positioned for this role.
