Mueller Coatings, an applicator of decorative and functional coating applications using vacuum metalizing and spray coating technologies, named Mike Gianfrancesco as Vice President of Operations.
Gianfrancesco brings more than 20 years of manufacturing leadership experience spanning operations, engineering, commercialization, organizational development, capital planning, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has focused on building the operational systems, leadership structures, and organizational capabilities needed to support scalable growth and long-term performance.
In his new role at Mueller Coatings, Gianfrancesco will lead the company's operations and strengthen the processes, capabilities, and organizational alignment needed to support Mueller's continued growth.

Before joining Mueller Coatings, Gianfrancesco held senior leadership roles across advanced manufacturing organizations, including Integer Holdings, Precision Coating, and Tegra Medical. Most recently, he served as Enterprise Technology Segment Lead for Medical Coatings at Integer Holdings, where he led integration and capability-development initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations following the acquisition of Precision Coating.
Previously, as Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Precision Coating, he led commercialization, capital planning, organizational development, and strategic growth initiatives for an advanced manufacturing platform.

Gianfrancesco holds a Master of Science in Technology Leadership from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
