MicroCare announces the appointment of two new team members as Dr. Kimberley Dilts has joined as the Global Regulatory Manager and Dylan Griswold has joined as Senior Sourcing Analyst.
Dr. Dilts is responsible for assuring the MicroCare portfolio of products comply with global chemical control legislation. With a Ph.D. in chemistry and extensive knowledge of GHS (Globally Harmonized System) classifications, she is experienced in managing ongoing chemical compliance and worldwide regulations which continue to require regular updates.

To further enhance to our in-house expertise, MicroCare welcomes Griswold to the sourcing and procurement team. Having held a similar post as a buyer at Savage Arms, Inc. for nearly six years, Griswold is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and improving the supply chain operations of the business.
