National Plating Acquires Milwaukee Plating

National Plating Company in Milwaukee has acquired Milwaukee Plating.

Founded in 1943, Milwaukee Plating Company has provided exceptional plating services to various industries for decades. By integrating Milwaukee Plating’s expertise and facilities with National Plating’s resources and innovation-driven approach, Hernandez says the combined entity is poised to deliver unparalleled quality and service to its customers.

The acquisition will enhance National Plating’s operational capacity and expand its reach into key markets, creating value for existing and future customers. Hernandez says the transition would be seamless for Milwaukee Plating’s customers, with a continued focus on delivering the superior service they have come to expect.

National Plating Company was established in 1909 by John Miszewski, whose family ran the company until 1995 when an investment group purchased it. Hernandez, a decorated infantry Marine who served in combat tours overseas, assumed ownership of National Plating Company in 2018.

National Plating Company offers pickling and passivation processes, plating, electropolishing, and testing services. Hernandez says the company serves diverse industries, including lawn and garden, automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.

Milwaukee Plating was started in 1943 and offers various plating processes, including zinc, nickel, and tin plating.
