Dörken MKS-Systeme, CD-Color and Protec Systempasten have merged to form a company named Dörken Coatings GmbH & Co. KG. With this change, Doerken Corporation will now operate as Doerken Coatings North America and be responsible for all North American activity.
This change does not impact the products, services or leadership that customers have become accustom to, but instead is an evolution of the brand including legal, strategic, commercial and resource allocation.
Leading the new global organization will be Dr. Martin Welp as CEO and Dr. Gerhard Reusmann as CTO. Key functional departments and roles in Herdecke will continue to be staffed with the same well known Corrosion Experts leading R&D, Product Engineering, Technical Center, Marketing and so on.
The Doerken Coatings North America Team remains intact and continues their tradition of service, value and technology to the North American market from the Michigan headquarters. The company says it prides itself on providing technical solutions and look forward to the advancements of their offerings to customers.
