Talica has acquired Hard Anodize, Inc., a Minneapolis-area provider of precision aluminum anodizing and specialized surface treatment services supporting the aerospace, defense, medical device, and other high-performance industrial markets.

Hard Anodize offers a comprehensive range of aluminum finishing services, including Type II anodizing, Type III hard anodizing, Type I chromate conversion coating, Type II RoHS-compliant conversion coating, precision masking, and surface treatment solutions for mission-critical hardware.
In April, Talica acquired AeroDynamics Metal Finishing in Seabrook, New Hampshire. The company also owns Central Electropolishing Inc. (Celco) in Anthony, Kansas; Sieber Industrial Contractors in Ayden, North Carolina; and Pure Clean Systems.
The Hard Anodize acquisition further expands Talica’s growing portfolio of specialized surface science technologies. It strengthens its position as a national provider of precision metal finishing services for highly regulated industries. Hard Anodize’s expertise in tight-tolerance aluminum components complements Talica’s existing capabilities in passivation, electropolishing, precision cleaning, and other advanced surface treatment processes.
