Hubbard-Hall welcomes Noel Rutherford as Supply Chain Manager, where he will oversee the global purchasing activities for the company, including logistics and inventory.
Rutherford brings 30 years of experience in global vendor portfolio management, negotiating long-term and master purchase agreements, and working with technical teams to identify alternative materials and components when necessary. Most recently, he worked at Carling Technologies Inc (now part of Littelfuse Inc) as a Commodity Manager.

With a background in Lean/Six Sigma and commodity management, the company’s mission of better results with less chemistry is one that speaks to my way of thinking and way of looking to drive excellence at all levels,” stated Rutherford.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY) and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Connecticut (Storrs, CT).
Rutherford reports to Carter Burningham, Director of Corporate Supply Chain, and will work out of the Waterbury, CT facility.
