Seacole has promoted Account Specialist Leighton Wellman to Sales Manager of the Surface Finishing and Printed Wiring Board business segment, stepping into the role previously held by Tyler Thomas, who has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing.
Wellman is a veteran of the surface finishing industry. His strong relationships with suppliers and customers and deep experience in surface finishing have fueled sales growth since he joined the Seacole team in 2025. Now, Wellman will tap his experience in sales management to lead the Surface Finishing/PWB sales team.
As Sales Manager for the Surface Finishing/PWB segment, Wellman manages daily sales activities and oversees Territory Managers. He provides strategic planning and marketing input to meet sales plans and goals and ;to increase Seacole’s market share, develops new key accounts; and maintains strong relationships with current customers, prospects, suppliers, and industry contacts.
