Plating Solutions in Cincinnati says it has launched a new silver electroplating line at its facility.
The company says the new line increases its silver plating capacity while enhancing process control, quality consistency, and turnaround time. As demand continues to grow across the electrical distribution industry, Plating Solutions says it is committed to scaling responsibly, but without compromising the craftsmanship and standards that define its parent company, Monti.
Plating Solutions specializes in plating in silver, tin, zinc, and other finishes specifically needed in making components and assemblies for the electrical industry.
Plating Solutions had two silver plating lines previously to the new system.
Monti has manufacturing operations in Cincinnati and three in South Carolina. In 2005, they added a powder-coating operation at their Greenwood, SC facility, producing low-volume parts using racks and an 8-foot-deep oven.
