Or better yet, is AI already here, and those shop owners and managers don’t even realize they are running their operations with it? Dan Zinman from Miles Chemical wrote a recent column on how many in the finishing industry are apprehensive about artificial intelligence, and that there is a sense that it might distance us from the work we know best or create more problems than it solves.
